I'm looking into aspects of pitch and timbre perception in twentieth-century music and am very interested in the 'Fall' section from Jean-Claude Risset's 'Little Boy Suite.' As an adaptation of Sheperd Tones the effects are intriguing and wondered if anyone had any ideas on how to approach this passage of Risset's as musical analysis.
